DELICIOUS! I used a 12 oz bad of florets which has 6 cups in it. I used only 1/2 cup of peanuts (which was plenty) and fat free mayonnaise. So good. Even my husband (who is not a big vegetable eater) enjoyed it!~ Theresa

Great recipe! I've never tried it with peanuts so just did broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins and bacon bits. Even better when you make 24 hours ahead, the broccoli really has time to soften and absorb the dressing.

I use the dressing from this recipe and combine with broccoli, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese and diced onions.

Don't let the high fat/calories discourage you--cut the peanuts & raisins in half and use FF mayo--still tastes delicious!
