I thickened the sauce by adding 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch to the sauce mixture. It is so yummy! Tastes like summer, without the BBQ.

I used boneless chicken breasts and the sauce is very good...would like to try to thicken the sauce next time.

Did not have cider vinegar used red wine vinegar instead. Was very tasty. The only thing I would do different would be to dip the chicken in the sauce instead of pouring it over the dish.

Absolutely delicious, with or without the liquid smoke. It was a hit with the boys, and the leftover bones and skin from the chicken makes a useful base for my slow cooker chicken broth.

the taste was good. I'd like to make the sauce more thick though.
