Very good bread, though I'm dubious about the pineapple butter and didn't make it--sounds too sweet to me

very easy and yummy!! Cooked the sweet potato in the microwave. the bread turned out great. baked it in a special "fall" loaf pan from William Sonoma. It is very important to drain the pineapple completely! The butter will be hard to mix and will separate if not drained well.

This sounds lovely, but was wondering if you could make it in smaller loaf pans to give as gifts.
