This is one burger my family asks for often. My husband says it the best TOH recipe I've ever made. The sauce is great for dipping french fries too.

This was a hit at my house! The smoked cheddar was a great compliment to the sweetness of the BBQ sauce. This is a keeper!

This was a mess to eat! There was so much sauce and onions to divide up with four burgers! I could have made eight! All the different flavors going on it was hard to taste the burger let alone the smokey cheese. I will make it again but double the ingredients for making the burgers. Don't know if I will make it with the smokey cheese either, maybe a swiss?
