Pour Pancake Batter with Little MessI mix prepared pancake batter in a pitcher for a no-fuss method of making pancakes. There are no messy drips, and any extra batter can be refrigerated with the lid left on the pitcher. —Linda J., Toivola, MichiganUsing a funnel, I pour my pancake batter into a plastic squeeze bottle. Then I just squeeze batter onto the griddle without the usual drippy mess that comes with ladling it out of the bowl. —Mary V., St. Francisville, Illinois

The pancakes were delicious (I added a couple tsp. of sugar to the batter) and the syrup was amazing!! (we omitted the nutmeg) So tasty!

The apples gave the pancakes a good texture, but I would add even more apples and more cinnamon. Otherwise they tasted pretty much like plain pancakes.

The syrup is amazing... we added some very thinly sliced apples and toasted almonds to it at the end and added just such a nice crunch!! Favorite fall breakfast

Yes, I would make it again ~ already have!!My family loved it. What a great way to add a little extra fruit into their diet. Super easy.Didn't have my grater handy so I just choped the apple instead. I will also try apple sauce with less liquid to see how that works. Thanks for sharing ~ GREAT recipe.

It's too bad I can only give this a five star rating. If I could I would give it 10 stars! The pancakes are fantastic and the syrup is delicious too. Everyone in my family loved them, and I will definitely be making them again.
