Sweet 'n' Sour Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

5-1/2 cups coleslaw mix
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place coleslaw mix in a serving bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 4 servings.

This is perfect for people who don't like mayonnaise - I personally didn't taste much of a difference from other similar recipes that call for mayonnaise. Will make again!
