Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup mango salsa
Directions
- Place salmon on a 15-in. x 10-in. baking pan coated with cooking
- spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne. Spoon salsa over
- top.
- Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
