Tender and moist, this baked salmon has a hit of heat, and mango salsa lends sweetness. Stir leftover salsa into chili, spread over meat loaf or spoon over reduced-fat cream cheese with crackers for an app! —SUSAN BORDERS, GALENA, OHIO

Where's the Mango Salsa recipe????
Reviewed on Dec. 21, 2011 by danid
Incredible!! This was so easy to throw together. I go to Trader Joes and they had a cranberry mango salsa and it already had the cayeanne in it so I omitted that ingredient. I think I'm making it again tonight!!
