We made these for a family gathering. The people who liked hot things thought they were mellow but those of us who are pepper wimps thought they were really good. The flavors go together well.

My husband loved these. However, the statement that "even the hot pepper intolerant love them" is not true. I took one bite and that was enough, I'm a hot pepper wimp. My husband was happy enough to eat my share!

mas, I used Penzey's chili powder for the "chili seasoning" in the recipe.

I have not tried this recipe yet because I am not sure what "chili seasoning" is. Is it chili powder? Can somebody please help me. Also something I found when making jalapeno poppers, after removing the seeds and membranes put the peppers in boiling water and blanch them for a few minutes and drain them and then stuff them.

Best peppers ever made! Stop looking for another recipe-- this is the one. Everyone loves. Also great- make ahead in morning then when people arrive put in oven. Makes house smell good too. Plus, everyone very impressed.

These are great, I usually don't go for spicy but my husband make them and I had to try it, I love them. I wanted him to make more. They are so tasty. Our friends loved them also.

These were great! The combination of sweet and spicy was perfect! I strongly recommend wearing gloves when making these though-I did not follow this advice, and my hands burned for the rest of the day.

Everyone loved them, even those people who stay away from "hot" foods. I made sure that I removed all of the seeds and membranes. I pre-cooked the bacon a little too.
