This is a fine recipe combining 8 Pizzelli cookies, with fruit, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, Mascarpone cheese, & balsamic vinegar to create 4 each Ice Cream Sandwiches. It should taste quite delicious. Pizzelle are delicious Italian Cookies!
