Since finding this recipe I have made it so much I don't even need to look at the recipe. The first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly. It was delicious. The next time I made it using only two tablespoons of sour cream and two tablespoons of the mayo instead of the 1/2 cup of each. I also increased the amount of sundried tomato to an over flowing 1/4 cup (probably closer to 1/2 cup). Everything else was per the recipe. It was delicious, just a little thicker. Great spread for crackers, carrots, celery, etc. The girls at work love it, my husband loves it, and I love it. Thanks for sharing a great and easy recipe!!

Made this for my husband's office Holiday party to go with a vegetable tray and pita chips and it was a humongous hit! I tasted it when I first made and I was unsure of it but after sitting in the fridge for a few hours letting all the flavors meld it was delicious!

I was looking for a way to use up some jarred sun-dried tomato bruschetta that somebody had given me which was way too oily for me to use on bread. It was really just the tomatoes and oil in the ingredients list so I figured this dip would be a good way to finally use them up. Boy, was I right!!! I used finely chopped onion since I didn't have green onion on hand, but will definitely use the green onion so it doesn't overpower the tomatoes. Loved the little bit of kick from the hot sauce!! I just added that to taste. Thanks for the recipe!

It was good, different, I put in the hot sauce and actually would have prefered it without. Will make again!

Very easy but so delicious. I forgot the tabasco, but cannot imagine it being better tasting. Good enough to just eat with a spoon!
