My family loved this -especially my kids! We had more than we could eat at one meal, so we froze the remaining soup into popsicle molds. They are awesome -and healthy because I didn't use any sugar and also used Light and Fit Yogurt. Yum!

This sounds great but a friend of mine is alergic to strawberries. Would it work just as well with raspberries?

I made this for a family dinner and everyone loved it. I skipped the sugar - and used fat free vanilla yogurt to bring down the calorie and fat count. Garnished with a whole strawberry slit and perched on edge of crystal bowl. Very showing and delicious. Rave reviews from all.

Great recipe! The only thing I did different was to leave out the sugar. Just make sure berries are ripe and it needs no other sweetener! I didn't have mint so I chopped up basil and it was wonderful. Served it at a small tea party with girlfriends and they all loved it!
