I made this chicken salad for lunch today and thought it was excellent. It was very easy to prepare. I did toast the pecans as I feel it brings out their flavor. My husband loved it as did I. We will definitely have this chicken salad again and I highly recommend it.

I left out the raisins but didn't need to add anything else - served on croissants - husband said he could eat this once a week and wanted to know if I got the recipe from my grandmother!
