When a friend gave me some ground turkey to use up, I looked for an inventive way to prepare it. I found this recipe while scouring through my collection. Best Ground Turkey loaf recipe I've tried. Mine didn't roll well at all and I ended up having to add extra meat...all in all tasty and easy. Great with a bit of soy sauce on top!
