Stuffed Mountain Trout Recipe

Rating 5

"You can substitute any whole fish in this recipe, but I like to make it with fresh-caught trout from our local mountain streams," explains Loretta Walters of Ogden, Utah. "The moist stuffing makes this special enough for company."
