I loved these cookies. I didn't make the chocolate part, just made the cookie, and then thinned the icing to make a frosting. They came out awesome!

DO NOT make these cookies on valentines day! This recipe is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! i made it and the dough clumped up into little balls.. it's TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! don't waste 3 hours of your time on valentines day trying to make these cookies because you will get NOWHERE!

We found that we needed more like 4 cups of flour and to chill the dough for an hour before it was able to be rolled out. The recipe as is makes more like a cake batter.

I would like to make these for my granddaughters party and I would also like to know what the strawberry drink mix is. Why is no one answering this so we can all make these delicious sounding cookies for Valentines Day?
