Not only is this salad a treat to eat, it's a delight to the eyes, thanks to the vibrant green and red ingredients. "I made it by combining several recipes, then added a few extra touches," tells Cathy Linzbach of East Grand Forks, Minnesota. "It's great to serve at ladies' luncheon."

This was fantastic. I found some strawberries at the store the other day and wanted to use them in something. This was a perfect summer salad for the winter time! My BF was skeptical of the dressing before he tried it (I put it on the side because we would have left overs). While eating it he said this is good....this is really good!

I am very impressed with how tasty this salad was. As a matter of fact we had salad two nights in a row just so I can have more of the dressing! This dressing will be a staple on my salads!

This is by far our favorite summer salad recipe! I make a big batch of this dressing and keep it on hand all summer. We also make it a meal by adding grilled chicken.
