Stuck to pan even with non-stick spray

I made these with my 2 year old son for his birthday. Instead of using the chocolate chips we used peanut butter chips and they were fantastic. We took the extras to work and the college students ate them up. They said they kinda tasted like pb and j sandwiches!

I made these exactly as directed, except for baking time. (I think my oven is a bit "off") They were excellent. I took them to school, a church function, and gave the recipe to several people. They loved them! Check them with a toothpick! So easy!

I just now made this recipe and I like these cookies. Although, I made this recipe with an organic strawberry fruit spread that was only sweetened with fruit juice. This made the cookies not be as sugary sweet as if you use regular preserves. Also, eventhough the batter was sticky the cookies are not. They were pretty easy to get off of the parchment paper.

What a HOT mess! Turned out absolutely terrible I tried making two different batches.

What a waste of time and money!

Dough was like sticky glue. Cooked product has a nasty bite from the baking powder in the cake mix. Cookies stuck to baking mat & didn't cook in the center. Whole batch was ruined & thrown out. Try a regular French vanilla or white cake mix instead.
