This was so flavorful. I very much questioned the strawberries in the cheesecake (I am a bit of a purist), but they were DELICIOUS.

This is one of the best cheesecakes I have tried to make

This was delicious! I used sparkling grape juice like another reviewer did because it was cheaper and I had no idea what kind of champagne to use. I baked it for a little longer than the recipe said and it still turned out custardy in the middle instead of cheesecake texture. Im guessing its my oven since no one else has had this problem. Regardless of the texture, it was so yummy! I will definitely make this again!

I loved this recipe. I used sparkling white grape juice instead of champagne and only white chocolate, with graham crackers and about 1/4 cup almonds ground up in with the crackers for the crust. I absolutely loved this and it turned out beautifully.

Easy recipe to make. Everyone who ate it said that it was the best cheesecake that they had ever eaten - even my husband who doesn't like cheesecake. I used a combination of white and dark chocolate on top.

Very easy to make! Turned out delicious. I used dark chocolate for the drizzle on top instead of the white or milk chocolate. It was the perfect combination with the strawberries.
