Friends we hadn't seen for a while dropped by unexpectedly. They were on a tight schedule, and if I wanted them to stay for supper, I needed to fix something quickly. I didn't have time to make lasagna, so I created this special dish.Julia Trachsel, Victoria, British Columbia

I'd use less spinach and more sauce. It's a bit too dry for my liking but still tastes really good!

I love Lasagne or any type of pasta for that matter! I made this for dinner last night. I loved it and so did my husband. The only thing I think I would do differently is to add a bit of fresh basil to the cheese mixture. Very good and I will make again!

This is my favorite lasagna recipe! I usually don't have time to make the rolls. It does great as a traditional lasagna.

This is a new family favorite. I substituted low sodium cottage cheese for the ricotta as a personal preference and I think next time I will add minced garlic to the cheese mixture and an extra jar of spagetti sauce.
