Love this recipe! It is one of the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten!

This was terrific!. I don't like mushrooms so I left those out but added a clove of garlic to the spinach mixture and a layer of Feta cheese on top of the spinach layer-about half a cup. My husband loved it. Will definitely make this again.
