Spicy Pork Rub

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered
- container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling.
- Yield: 2-1/2 teaspoons.
