Spicy Pork Rub Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling. Yield: 2-1/2 teaspoons.
