Spicy Mint Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 4 whole allspice
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • Honey, optional

Directions

  • Bring the water, cinnamon, cloves and allspice to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in mint leaves. Remove from heat and steep for 5 minutes. Strain into cups. Sweeten with honey if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
