Spicy Grilled Steaks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 boneless beef top loin steaks (12 ounces each)

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Rub about 1 teaspoon of spice mixture over each side of steaks.
  • Grill, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°). Yield: 4 servings.
