A sweet and savory rub makes these tasty twists of bacon deliciously different and worth the extra step to prepare. Cook a bit longer if you want them crispy. Glenda Evans Wittner - Joplin, MO

Made these this morning for a family brunch: rave reviews! Agree with everyone else, the foil in the pan is important, I forgot and now have a sticky mess to contend with. I served these with fruit salad and buttermilk pancakes - hard to beat for simply brunch menu!

I made this for a Super Bowl party and (pardon the pun) - touchdown! They disappeared quickly, so next time I would double the recipe. I also followed the suggestion to line the baking pan with foil, which helped with cleanup. I will definitely be making these again.

savory! I used regular oscar mayer bacon, what I had on hand. It would be hard to eat just 2! I may use more cayenne pepper but just a bit more. If you can get to Sam's Club buy the commercial baking sheets, 2 for under $11. Not even this sticky mess stuck and they don't rust.I wish I had them years ago! Try this recipe you won't be sorry!

These bacon twists are so delicious, they vanish faster than I can cook them. I will be keeping this recipe and making them many more times.

Next time I will add more cayenne. Easy to prepare. I did cut the strips in half...everyone loved them.

This was an AWESOME snack, made it for a few friends and it got rave reviews. One thing I would change next time would be to put some tinfoil on the baking sheet to ease clean up.

I baked 2 pounds for a small social (under 20 people) and every piece was eat up right quick! The next week they were still talking about them I can't believe they are so low in calories, mind you most people had more than 2.
