Yum! It's like bacon candy!

I have made these three times, and my Mom did a version of them that I thought was brilliant. She wrapped the bacon around wooden skewers. They were like bacon candy on sticks! Oh, yum. I love the cookie dough that another reviewer suggested. At a local diner I had waffles with bacon in them, and I'm thinking of adding these crushed up in waffles! No matter what, the foil is absolutely necessary for clean up! Whatever brand bacon you use, these are delicious!

Make these without the ground mustard and cayenne and then chop them up and add to chocolate chip cookie batter and bake the cookies like you would normally. Oh my goodness, you will not believe how good they are!!!

Made these this morning for a family brunch: rave reviews! Agree with everyone else, the foil in the pan is important, I forgot and now have a sticky mess to contend with. I served these with fruit salad and buttermilk pancakes - hard to beat for simply brunch menu!

I made this for a Super Bowl party and (pardon the pun) - touchdown! They disappeared quickly, so next time I would double the recipe. I also followed the suggestion to line the baking pan with foil, which helped with cleanup. I will definitely be making these again.

savory! I used regular oscar mayer bacon, what I had on hand. It would be hard to eat just 2! I may use more cayenne pepper but just a bit more. If you can get to Sam's Club buy the commercial baking sheets, 2 for under $11. Not even this sticky mess stuck and they don't rust.I wish I had them years ago! Try this recipe you won't be sorry!

These bacon twists are so delicious, they vanish faster than I can cook them. I will be keeping this recipe and making them many more times.
