This is one of the best recipes I've found to use Acorn squash! Yum!

Love that this can be put together earlier in the day, helping alleviate the pre-suppertime madness. The squash looked and tasted great. The only change I would make next time is to cut back on the nutmeg.

This was absolutely delicious!! Also-as a side note, the brown sugar and spice mix is really good stirred into a mug of hot apple cider!
