Quick and easy recipe that tasted like my mom's. I did leave out the salt and added some dried dill instead.

We went fishing Lake Michigan and my husband wanted me to make salmon patties and I fixed for him and one our friends who went fishing with us they loved the flavor and our friend took some home with him.

Very easy and tasty. My mom made these when I was little and I always loved them. I have to agree with another reviewer though- they really are salty enough without the added salt! That is the only think I would change.

Have been making this since 1999 when it was first published. Does that tell you how good these are? Made them for my girlfriend when she visited and she could not believe how easy and quick they were to make.

I find the salmon patties salty enough without the addition of more. We have made this recipe for years and love it.

I have been using this recipe since I found it in the Quick Cooking magazine many years ago. My family loves it! I misplaced it for a while and tried many others, but none compare to this one. I use canned salmon that is already boned and it works great.

Very tasty! Everyone liked them, and as a diabetic I was thrilled there is only 5grams of carbs!! This is very close to my Mom's recipe, the worcestershire sauce is a great addition.

Don't discard the bones. They're soft and add a souce of calcium to the patties. Some families have a contest to see who collects the most.

The directions for Lemon Salmon Patties on this site has instructions for baking the patties in the oven. I suppose you could combine the two recipes and bake the patties at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.

My mom's salmon patties only had egg and saltine cracker crumbs with salt and pepper. We also fried ours in bacon grease and oil mix. Everything tastes better with bacon grease!! LOL but yes you can bake them too. Don't need to change anything, 350 degrees for about 30 min.

This is very close to my recipe but my mom's secret that she passed on was to fry them in part vegetable oil and part bacon grease. Adds wonderful flavor!
