Ingredients

  • 12 boneless ham steaks (about 3 pounds)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  • Place ham in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ham. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through, basting occasionally. Yield: 12 servings.
