This was a really quick and easy refreshing drink. I will probably try to cut the honey down like other reviewers said because it was a tad too sweet. Other than that, it's a keeper!

I made a batch of this to test it before serving it at a luncheon. Using the full amount of honey was a bit overpowering, but I plan to use it for the luncheon (just with half the honey). I really like the idea someone suggested of using Sprite instead of club soda and may try that as well.

I multiplied the recipe by 8 and served it in a punch bowl with sliced lemons for a spring baby shower. You wouldn't believe the praise it received. Easy, tasty and refreshing. I was aiming for a "not-so-sweet" punch and it delivered. Use this recipe if you're sick of the sherbet style punches, then sit back and watch the compliments roll : )P.S. It's really easy too~

I cut the honey down to 1/2 cup and used Sprite for fizz. Both my husband and I loved it, and he said it reminded him of home-made gingerale. This is definately a keeper!
