Spaghetti squash, like zucchini, can take over a garden. This is an excellent way to put that abundance to good use. I got the original recipe at a cooking class, and I've made it many times since. It's unique and tasty. -Mina Dick, Boissevain, Manitoba

This is a big hit with my family! My kids love it, although they want to know why the "noodles" are crunch!

Love this! Have won over hubby and company alike who generally dislike squash. Definitely a keeper

This recipe was amazing! I honestly was not sure what to expect; my first time cooking with spaghetti squash. I will definitely make this again! I used ground turkey instead of beef and added a little bit of mixed Italian seasonings in addition to plain oregano. Delicious!!

I was not a fan of this recipe at all. I felt it was lacking in seasoning, and was unappealing.

This was a very simple and easy hotdish, and also very yummy! If I want to stretch it more, I'd add some cooked macaroni to it.

I have made this recipe so many times. It's totally yummy. Even my children enjoyed it when they were younger. Usually I substitute ground turkey for the beef.
