I had some extra cilantro in the fridge and didn't want to throw it away. Instead, I came up with this delightful and filling family recipe. Everyone just loved it! Vikki Rebholz-West Chester, Ohio

We were very disappointed with this recipe. The flavor was okay, but it was very acidic. I'm not even going to bother saving the leftovers.

My family loved it, even my 9-year old who refuses to eat corn or tomatoes. Definitely going into our rotation!

This was quite good. Of course I made some changes :)..Whole grain elbows, diced petite tomatoes with chilies (spicy hot), 1 can of black beans (drained), a bit extra cilantro and finely shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar. Oh and I used ground turkey. This one is going into my rotation file and I have already sent it out to friends. It's a hit!

I have been making this recipe for years and love it. But instead of one cup of macaroni I use a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese and make per box instructions and just add to the other ingredients. Delicious.

Been making this recipes for years with a few additions. Add a can of beans (your choice of kidney, black, pinto...whatever), also use a tsp of Cumin, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Ancho chile powder, 1 diced Serrano pepper. Serve with toppings of sour cream or yogurt, diced green onions, grated cheddar cheese and fresh, diced cilantro.

This is a recipe my mom used all the time, except for the chillies, cumin and cilantro as we didn't have those products available 78 years ago. I still make it and love it.

Loved it! I used ground sausage instead of beef. I also added red pepper flakes and black beans!! Very good, easily adaptable to whatever you have in the house.

This recipe has become a regular at our house. My kids ask for it every few weeks. I like to double the recipe and put the leftovers in individual containers for later. It reheats very well!

I used wheat macaroni and diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil. I left out the cilantro, as I don't like it. This dish is very good! I agree that it would be good with some black beans. You could also add a little shredded cheddar or taco cheese before serving.

I saw this recipe over a year ago. I make it at least once every other week. It is so yummy and so filling, and so has so many flavors and colors. I just loved it!!

We get tired of the same ol' dishes so this recipe is a great use of burger with a different taste. Plus I usually have these ingredients on hand. I did add one rinsed can of black beans as another reviewer suggested. I also gave it a kick with Cayenne Pepper and a can of zesty diced tomatoes with jalapeno. My husband likes whole wheat pasta so that is what I used. A dollop of sour cream and a spoon of salsa EXCELLENT! Thanks TOH.

Use shell pasta, it holds the sauce and is a nice change.

This is similar to my recipe, I changed it up a bit. I cut the tomatoes back to a 16 ounce can and add a 16 ounce can of chili beans the kind with the sauce (Brook's chili hot beans). The beans add alot. I also use a whole can of corn. YUMMMY

This recipe is great. Everyone was asking me for the recipe. I used 1 can of mexican corn instead of the frozen corn. Nice change to ordinary goulash. Yummy!!

Thought it was a great goulash. I added some chilli powder and a half a can of rinsed black beans and it worked great.

I added 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 more tsp salt and 1/2 cup beef broth to this recipe. I decreased the diced tomatoes to 1 14 oz can. Served it with corn muffins and my family loved it!
