1 pound ground beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped onion 4-1/2 cups chopped zucchini 1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes, drained and cut up 1 cup salsa 1 can (17 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (16 ounces) chili beans 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
