South Liberty Hall Relish Recipe

My grandparents originated this recipe that's been treasured in our family for four generations. It's named after a dance hall they ran in rural Iowa. Whenever I bite into a hot dog or hamburger dressed up with this taste bud-tingling relish, I think of them and their delicious country cooking.

Okay- I just have to comment on this again. It is mid-summer now and I cannot serve hotdogs or hamburgers without this relish. My husband brought it to a year end picnic and it went over great and we have made it for several other cook-outs and people just love it! I cannot recommend this highly enough and it is so stinkin easy to make!
