Love this for just two. you can fix ahead and freeze. Just take out and place in Refigerator the night before and while you fix sides dinner is done in less than 30"

Loved this. So convenient and tastes the same. We even tried the recipe with ground turkey for a healthy alternative. This is a new regular around our house and it is even convenient for a quick lunch!
