Sorbet Cream Puffs
Simple, super-quick and pretty as a picture, this dainty, refreshing treat from our Test Kitchen will melt any resistance to dessert! Best of all, it couldn’t be easier to make. Garnish with fresh blackberries, blueberries and raspberries—or frozen. Vary the sorbet according to your preference.

Prep/Total Time: 10 min.
Ingredients
1 cup mixed fresh berries
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups peach sorbet
4 cream puff shells
Whipped cream
Directions
In a small bowl, combine berries and sugar. Place a scoop of sorbet
in each cream puff shell; dollop with whipped cream. Replace tops.
Serve immediately with berry mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
