These truffles are delicious, rich and won't last long in your home. My children loves to help make these by rolling them out for me.—Denise Kutchko, Odessa, Missouri

A friend from work recently made these, but rather than rolling in chocolate wafers, she dipped hers in chocolate coating. I loved them so much that I made them as well. I didn't feel like dipping mine, so I melted chocolate and filled candy wrappers (like a mini peanut butter cup) with a little chocolate, then a small ball of the oreo/cream cheese mix, then more chocolate on top/sides. They turned out great and were a big hit.
