I made my own cookie dough. I made them smaller then what it called for. They were amazing! Will make them again!

These cookies are quick and simple to make only needing 2 ingredients. My children like helping make these since there is really no way to mess them up. Before they finish cooling they are gone. Everyone that tries them is amazed at how simple they are to make. I sometimes cut the candy in half if the cookies get too bulky. These cookies are great for any occasion, but I make them especially during the cooler seasons since they taste their best while they are still warm.

It's taking longer than 10 minutes to bake..... I am using a baking stone instead of a cookie sheet. They are heavenly!!! Cookies are very large however, so the second batch I crushed the candy bars and mixed into cookie dough.

I've made these for several years now and folks are always surprised to find the hidden candy bar inside -- yummy.
