Have made these multiple times for tailgates, brunches and parties. Everyone loves them!

I have made many times. I cut the bacon in thirds as others have suggested. I put the rolled sausages in the frig for, at least, an hour. Chilling them seems to keep them from unwrapping as they sometimes do when baking.

Just served these at my bowling buffet.

Everyone loved them! Now I'll make them for our family x-mas appetizer party. Like missusd1 suggested, I made them a day ahead and put them on a rack in the foil lined pan. They took 30 minutes to cook. I then served them from an insulated dish that keeps things warm, cold for a couple hours. Thanks for the recipe!

I tried these out on friends last evening when they came over for appetizers. They were a hit. I did bake them longer than the recipe called for, as the bacon wasn't crisping up as I had hoped. I took them out of the oven and put them into a small crock pot to keep them warm. This would be a great addition to a breakfast of quiche or scrambled eggs and homemade muffins or a nice side dish for pancakes or waffles.

As I was waiting for the bacon to cool all the way, the brown sugar burned & they all came out black. They tasted good on one side but I wish it would have came out better.
