With a little bit of zip and just the right amount of smokiness, this sausage-and-rice medley is an easy way to please the gang. Omit the rice and serve the sausage pieces as an appetizer with toothpicks. Nicole Jackson - El Paso, TX

Very good flavor, just the right amount of "kick".

My kids love this! We don't really care for the horseradish though. It is still very good without it!

Delicious!!! I didn't really think the bacon would add a whole lot to the dish (since kielbasa is so full of flavor), so I left it out. I may add it the next time I make it...

Very good. I omitted the brown sugar; thought the sauce didn't need it.

We love this recipe. My husband says it reminds him of General Tso's Chicken from the local takeout; in fact, we sometimes substitute chicken and add broccoli.

The sauce is honestly one of the most delicious I've ever tasted! I use the 2 lbs sausage, but then double the sauce ingredients so it really drenches the rice. One bottle of bbq sauce is double the recipe @ 1 1/2 cups.

My husband LOVES BBQ sauce and honey, so this recipe was a hit! I will make this again and again. Great flavors.
