Small-Batch S'more Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into pieces
  • 3/4 teaspoon shortening
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 4 whole graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces

Directions

  • Place chocolate and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 45-60 seconds or until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each). Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Yield: 6 servings.

Editor's Note: This recipe was tested in a 1,100-watt microwave.
