This recipe is really good and a hit w/ our company. I eat small portions and couldn't finish a whole filled bun so wrapped the leftover piece in saran and put it in the fridge for lunch the next day. It was great - ate it cold. It was like eating a meatloaf sandwich, which we love around this house! A keeper.

Have made this several times now, it's simple to put together, tastes yummy and the leftovers freeze well. For a quick take to work lunch, I put the leftovers on the buns & froze them. Very easy to grab one out and pop it in the microwave for a delicious meal!
