“On hot summer days, this cooks without heating up the kitchen, while I work on the rest of the meal," explains Carol Losier from Baldwinsville, New York. "It's easy to double or triple for crowds, and if there are any leftovers- you can freeze it to enjoy later!”

What are the portions you use to make for 75 people. I do alot of volunteer work and sounds like something I could use. bekagram

I've made these for large crowds of 50 - 75 people and everyone wants the recipe! I substitute ground turkey for a healthier option.

Yummy and fast. I left mine in for 6 hours and it was fine. Family loved it.

This was so yummy! Followed the recipe exactly except used 2 lbs ground beef and added green bell pepper and fresh garlic in with the onion and celery. I loved the sweet taste and the relish was different and tasty!
