So quick and simple! Am considering doubling the gravy ingredients next time, as my guys love gravy!

My aunt gave this recipe to me years ago. This is the only way I cook a pot roast. I now use golden mushroom soup rather than just plain mushroom and even though my hubby dislikes mushrooms, he loves this roast and it's flavor and how tender it is.

So delicious, I rubbed the roast with some garlic powder and lawrys seasoned salt, and some fresh onion with the potatoes and carrots. SOOOOOO Yummy!

This was really good! The roast was very tender and the veggies were perfect! The only change I made to the recipe is that before cooking the roast I rubbed salt and pepper on both sides.
