Actually family rated this 4 1/2 stars. This was easy to make and very good. I didn't use the whole onion and served with rice.

Mixing the sauce together was a little weird because it doesn't look too great, yet you could sense that it was going to be good. Smelled tasty all afternoon. The pork chops were tender and the sauce was a huge hit. Made it with rice tonight, but I'd do mashed potatoes the next time. I think both would be great. Really flavourful and my family was rather surprised at the odd mixture of ingredients. Very easy with great flavour! Definitely going to make this many more times! Nice to have other ideas for pork chops to change it up!

Aliens must have invaded my body the day I reviewed this recipe. I decided to try it again based on all the good reviews. I thought it was great and my family loved it! I want to give it a 5 star review. I did add 6 cloves minced garlic, shallot instead of onion and seasoned my chops with Emeril's Essence and fresh ground pepper before browning in olive oil. I used 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of mushroom and served it with mashed potatoes which was the perfect side dish. The yummy sauce goes perfect over them. Will make many more times. Please ignore previous review on the grounds of temporary insanity. Thanks!

My girlfriend said this dish was "the bomb-diggety" and followed that up with, "you better make this again!" It was so easy and made with stuff I usually have on hand. I didn't have an onion, so I used a package of dry onion soup mix and it tasted great.
