Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Recipe

You can put this roast in the slow cooker and then forget about it, knowing it will be moist and tender when you get home after a day of work or Christmas shopping. The fruity sauce complements the meat so well. -Joyce Turley Slaughters, Kentucky

Excellant and very easy to make. When I'm having a large crowd, I cook a roast in the oven and I make this in the crockpot. No hassles with cooking two meats at the same time!!!

This is a wonderful dish...and so easy. It takes 10 minutes or less to put together in the morning. The house smells heavenly when I come home after work. I server this to my sister and aunt who are excellent cooks. They loved it! Serve it to impress friends or family.

I would cut the sugar way back on this next time. The meat was delicious but the sauce was way to sweet, tasted good just was to sweet. I made this for Christmas dinner.
