This was an excellent, easy recipe.Tender and juicy, I think the soup added great flavor. Put on onion rolls-delish!

Have made this recipe several times using my own homeade ketcup doubling all the ingredients except the meat and adding alot of onions sliced in rounds. Use onion soup mix instead. Today I am trying beef instead of pork.

The meat didn't soak up the juice & the juice wasn't thick. Now I'm stuck with enough leftovers for a week that aren't very good. It needs more flavoring. At least I can use it in burritos.

This was easy to do but perhaps some barbeque sauce could be added to give an even better taste.

The easiest crock pot recipe and highly recommend. My boyfriend & I loved it with the fresh rolls. I did make some adjustments due to lack of pantry items. I used beef broth and dry onion soup mix, also added some molassas. I also made a wonderful slaw as suggested. Was great summer teasing dish on a cold winter night!

Not sure why people are dissing this recipe. It's excellent and turns out so well, it should receive the accolades it deserves.

Good basic recipe, but try also adding 1 tsp. liquid smoke. Instead of Campbell's onion soup, I prefer using Knorr's onion mix as well as one medium chopped onion.

I had high hopes for this recipe but was disappointed. It's just ok, nothing special. I won't be making it again.
