So easy. I doubled the sauce and it was a HUGE hit. The meat came out moist and delicate. Fantastic - especially for how easy it is! Will definitely make again!

This meal was excellent! The whole family loved it and it took very little time to make. I added baby carrots when it was almost done, and they soaked up some of the awsome flavor. I will be making this often!

Yum!! Easiest and tastiest roast I've ever had. Skipped the thickening, and threw a bag of baby carrots in with it, and those tasted great too.

My husband and four children really enjoy this simply delicious meal. I love it because its so quick and easy to put together. Also I love the taste that the soy sauce & coffee make together so I don't thicken because it mellow out the taste.
I make this recipe often. It is quick & simple to put together. I love the down home comfy taste of this delicious meal. I don't thinken the juices either. I like the rich taste that the soy sauce & coffee makes...when you thicken it it mellows out the taste.

My husband and 'man Friday' loved this dish. I cut off as much fat as possible from the roast and used a packet of masa flour to thicken the juices immediately. I served this with mashed potatoes & steamed broccoli. If you're careful with sodium, try reduced sodium soy sauce. Easy & delicious!
