Saw these and had some in the freezer so had to make right away. I did have to use no-salt ketchup which cut down on the sodium. Since there are not as many of us here I cooked the whole amount because I shredded about half of them with a fork and put it in the freezer to have BBQ sandwiches in a few days.

Moist, marvelous and do-ahead to turn on in the morning as I leave the house. Can't get any better.

Well, I used regular ribs with the bones in...But when it was done, the meat just fell off the bones! And they tasted amazing too! If you have a family of 4 or less, I would say half the recipe unless you plan on using the leftovers for another big meal.
